Usually, the Dutch and Belgian client is charged per word, the German, Austrian and Swiss client per line and the American, British and Australian client per page.
Now, for the sake of consistency and transparency, unlike most other translators, I do handle a coherent remuneration system, charging per page:


For an assignment of up to 2 pages, I charge € 68.00.- per page.*

For an assignment of more than 2 pages, I charge € 65.00.- per page.*

For a proofread assignment, I charge € 60.00.- per hour.


* I assume an average of 50 lines per page with 55 keystrokes each.
